ENGAGEMENT MODEL
Four stages, you decide at each
Every Nikaxu engagement moves through the same four stages: identify the use case, assess the data behind it, prove it against real data, then deploy it into production. Each stage ends with a decision, not a foregone conclusion. You see the result before committing to the next one.
What you get at each stage
Every Nikaxu engagement moves through the same four stages: identify the use case, assess the data behind it, prove it against real data, then deploy it into production. Each stage ends with a decision point, and you see the result before deciding whether to continue.
01
Defined use case
Nikaxu starts with the operational problem: where time, money, or risk is being lost, and which of those problems is realistically solvable with the data and systems already in place. The result is a defined use case: a specific problem, a proposed approach, and what success looks like. It's ready to test against real data in the next stage.
02
Data Assessment
Before anything is built, Nikaxu assesses whether the data behind the proposed use case is actually sufficient in quality and quantity. Gaps get flagged directly rather than discovered mid-build. The result is a readiness-score report: a clear picture of what's usable now, what needs work, and whether the use case is viable as scoped.
03
Proof of Concept
Requirements become a defined scope and goal. Nikaxu builds and tests the application against that scope, then validates the hypothesis against the data agreed on in the assessment stage. What comes out the other side is evidence of whether the use case holds up against real data.
04
Production Deployment
The proof of concept gets hardened for live operational conditions. It integrates with your existing infrastructure, workflows, and maintenance team, and is handed over as a fully operational system you own and run independently. Timeframe is defined during the proof of concept stage, once the actual scope of what's being deployed is known.

TEAM CONTINUITY
Same team, start to finish
The person who scopes your engagement leads its delivery, from the first conversation through production. Decades of production-grade delivery experience stay in the room with you at every stage, and the same people who understood your operation at the start are still there if something needs fixing or extending after go-live.
