Work-life balance and vacation
We take the 40-hour work week seriously enough to actually schedule for it. When overtime does creep in, flextime pays it back as time off.

How we hire
Hiring at Nikaxu moves through three conversations: a first conversation to see if there's a fit, a technical conversation specific to the role, and an offer conversation.
