MARITIME

We build to support the fleet lifecycle, from launch to retirement.

Nikaxu delivers AI systems for shipbuilders, fleet owners and operators, and in-service support providers, integrated into construction, operations, and maintenance schedules already running today.

Our work is shaped by the people who run maritime operations

What we've learned from shipbuilders, fleet owners, and in-service support providers is that every system has to earn its place inside schedules and contracts that are already locked in years in advance. That has shaped how we work.

A data assessment maps what's available before any commitment is made. A proof of concept runs alongside live operations, without interrupting them. Production deployment only happens once a system is proven to integrate without disrupting construction schedules, vessel operations, or maintenance contracts, and you decide whether to continue at each stage.

FLEET SERVICES OPTIMIZATION

Real-time recommendations for harbor dispatchers

A harbor dispatcher balances vessel ETAs, weather, safety regulations, and crew constraints by hand, pulling each from a different system. A missed connection between them means a vessel repositions further than it needs to, a service window gets missed, or a safety margin gets tight. A dispatch decision-support system pulls that same data into a single view: live vessel tracking, weather, historical job durations, and crew constraints. It ranks routing recommendations in real time as conditions change, without replacing the dispatcher's judgment, and flags bottlenecks before they become delays.

What's a missed service window costing your operation?

CREW SCHEDULING

Time cut 80% at a multi-fleet commercial operator

The optimization surfaced cost savings that manual scheduling had missed, particularly in crew positioning and accommodation. Crew scheduling across multiple fleets involves hundreds of variables: certifications, qualifications, rest rules, training windows, cost, operational fit. Planners managed it manually in Excel, a slow, error-prone process. Any schedule change triggered a domino effect of revisions no planner could keep up with. An AI-driven scheduling tool simulates crew combinations months ahead, evaluates cost, compliance, and fit in real time, and adapts automatically when disruptions hit. It gives planners one integrated view of certifications, qualifications, rest rules, and operational constraints.

How much time does a single schedule change cost your team?

Where to start

A data assessment is the fastest way to see what's actually possible in your operation — no commitment beyond that first stage. If you'd rather start on the ground with your team, a workshop puts the same discovery process directly in front of the people who'll use the system.
